With over 30 years of experience as a clothier, tastemaker and business owner, Heil has successfully built DAVID AUGUST into an exclusive international brand that creates exquisite custom wardrobes for leading talent in business, sports and entertainment. DAVID AUGUST has dressed thousands of dedicated patrons including public figures like, Conor McGregor, Frank Gehry, Jeff Koons, Warren Buffett, Elon Musk, Tony Robbins, Andrea Bocelli, Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone, Robert Downey Jr., and many more.

The native Southern Californian actively balances his work with philanthropic endeavors, including his charitable involvement with Miracles for Kids, a non-profit organization extending support services, subsidized housing and other financial aid for families with a critically-ill child. When not in the studio designing or traveling for a client fitting, Heil is spending quality time with his four children.
