Shipping to international customers is handled by UPS Worldwide. Rates are calculated with an increased percentage to accommodate VAT, Duties and Taxes for your purchase. When using other carrier service at the customer's request, please be prepared to receive a separate invoice from the shipping carrier and/or customs office of your country for request of VAT, duties and taxes prior to delivery or Cash/Check On Delivery (COD), depending on the carrier's policies.
Our Guarantee and Return Policy (International Customers)
Returns and exchanges are accepted on sales outside of the Continental US. However, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and ensuring the item(s) is returned to our warehouse. Product must be in its original, new, unworn condition for a full refund, minus original shipping and handling charges.
In addition, the shipping charges for any new item(s) will be the purchaser’s responsibility on exchanges. The exchange item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
