Shipping Information

We offer free ground shipping on orders $500 or more within the Continental United States with a maximum shipping allowance of no more than $35. Use code DASHIP at checkout.

All delivery options (standard, expedited, rush) will be displayed at checkout. Customer orders are dispatched from our facility Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following business day.

*Merchandise is pulled from our boutique. Do to in-person sales, website inventory is not always accurate. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified.

Return Policy (US Customers)

Merchandise must be unworn and in brand new condition. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit of your DAVID AUGUST Ready-to-Wear and/or accessories purchase, please return it for refund, minus original shipping and handling charges. If you exchange your product, and are still not 100% satisfied – we will honor a return.

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of the product being delivered. Products must not be damaged, worn or have been further altered for a refund. Items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.

Return - It's Simple.

Contact returns@davidaugustinc.com and provide your web order number and item that you would like to return. Ship the package, via a trackable courier (i.e., USPS Priority, UPS, FEDEX), back to our showroom at:

Once we have received and processed your return (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied. Some credit card companies take up to five (5) business days to post that credit to your account.

Custom and Cut-to-Order - We will do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your David August custom and cut-to-order clothing. Unfortunately, due to the customization and cut-to-order process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items.  

Gift Cards - Gift Card and E-Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Card is not replaceable.

Customer Alterations - DAVID AUGUST is unable to warranty product if it has been further altered, amended or tailored.

Shoes - Unworn shoes can be returned up to 30 days from ship date.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International shipping costs vary by the destination country and the weight of your order. All shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. 

All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price. You will not need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any returned items and any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Return Policy (International Customers)

Returns and exchanges are accepted on sales outside of the Continental US.  However, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and ensuring the item(s) is returned to our warehouse. Product must be in its original, new, unworn condition for a full refund, minus original shipping and handling charges.

In addition, the shipping charges for any new item(s) will be the purchaser’s responsibility on exchanges.  The exchange item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
